Woodcrest Hotel

What a great little hotel! We stayed here recently when visiting family in the area. Check in was fast and friendly. Our rooms were ready and REALLY clean (which is the MOST important thing to me in a hotel). The rooms are spacious, with a really big desk/work area so if you're there on business I see that as a plus. There is plenty of parking, and omg the breakfast! Free daily breakfast, with lots of options, and the employees kept the area stocked and clean. It was really convenient and appreciated since we were traveling with our 2 teens. I can't say enough good things about our stay there! It's like a boutique hotel without the pretention. Everything you need plus friendly service, packed into a cute little building with an awesome location. This hotel does it all right!

Booked this hotel with few expectations and was pleasantly surprised. Clean and quiet, spacious and comfortable. Amenities that you don't find in budget hotels these days, like shower caps and hand lotion. As a senior female traveling alone, I appreciated feeling 100% safe and secure. The free breakfast had more variety than one typically finds in hotels these days. Even soup and salad! No pool, no fitness center, but if you want a place to rest your head at a reasonable (for Silicon Valley) price, the Woodcrest is a terrific find. I would definitely stay there again.

Positive: Staff was nice, check in and out was easy Negative: Parking is a little tight, breakfast ran out of food options pretty quickly, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall in the bathroom

Woodcrest Hotel Cupertino is my first choice of hotel whenever I am on business travel to Santa Clara, Bay Area. The hotel is just a minute’s drive from HWY 280 and walking distance to many restaurants near Cupertino Main St. The location is very safe and peaceful.||I have been staying at this hotel in the last 3 years. The customer service is amazing, their breakfast choices are some of the bests in town, the rooms are clean, spacious and updated with modern look. A special mention to John Yang the manager who is always professional, friendly and very accommodative to guests’ requests. John is one of the main reasons I keep coming back to stay at Woodcrest Hotel. ||I have also recommended Woodcrest Hotel to some of my colleagues and friends/family members, and they have all loved it !

The staff and location are Great but getting in and out of the property is a nightmare at rush hour since the huge Apple complex behind the hotel shares the only exit to traffic light. Terrible design which messes up traffic flow at turn signal into the one and only entrance into hotel parking, It's always backed up with Apple employees getting off work that block entrance, every work day. Weird whining noise also comes from the Apple complex as well all night long and not to mention the garbage trucks empty Apples many trash dumpsters starting at 4 am. Aside from those things it's nice and close to shopping, diners, etc.
