Element Santa Clara

Beware! There are airplanes flying above your head from 6:30 in the morning till 10pm. But if that is ok with your sleeping arangement the hotel is awesome, free parking on the street, decent breakfast with ready to order eggs, no bacon though. It is not a Stella hotel but certainly better than the average in the area. Ac in the night is reasonably quiet, thought certainly hearable and cannot be turned off. Kitchenette in the roam reasonably equipped.

If I could give 100 stars I would! Beautiful clean hotel with the most welcoming & friendly staff. In town for Niner game. We arrived a bit early and they were able to accommodate check in at 10am! During the wait the general manager Kevin I believe his name is was extremely nice offered us breakfast which did not disappoint while we waited for check in. The rooms are AMAZING & CLEAN, comfy beds as well. Overall amazing stay and will be visiting again !

I’ve just spent two weeks at the Element. The hotel is great. Clean and new. Facilities are excellent. Staff are welcoming on reception and Jesus on the bar. ||Rooms|Self contained unit with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Bed is comfortable. Black out blinds. I wasn’t disturbed by the planes at San Jose airport. |Shower is good- no conditioner provided so take your own. Electric toothbrush not compatible with EU chargers so take an adapter or a manual toothbrush. Couldn’t get the coffee machine to work but there’s take out 24/7 in the lobby. ||Breakfast|Plentiful. Varies slightly at the weekend. Sufficient. ||Pool and jacuzzi|Doesn’t get the sun after 6pm. Jacuzzi broke on our second week. ||Gym|Ok. Enough. ||Laundry|$5 per wash. You can buy detergent etc from reception. 30min

This place really makes you feel in your element. Friendly staff, clean rooms and a warm inviting atmosphere. If you’re ever staying in Santa Clara to catch a 9ers game or for work I highly recommend this property! p.s. there’s a Starbucks right next door if someone ever (accidentally) breaks the lobby espresso machine!

Positive: There was enough parking and the room/suite was spacious. Negative: Several things, Yes! Firstly, I only booked this hotel for it's convenience, being directly across the street from the event I attended that evening, only to be informed by the front desk that it was not the element hotel that I booked.
