Holiday Inn Express & Suites Santa Clara - Silicon Valley, an IHG Hotel

Overall: it's a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for. Relatively clean, rooms are quite dark, service is non-existent. Would not return. Stayed here for one night on business. Had booked a second night in a separate reservation. I asked at checkin if they could merge the reservations (have done this at plenty of hotels successfully), front desk said that's not possible and I would need to check out in the AM and back in. Odd, inconvenient, but ok. Booking was for a king, and platinum elite status suggests an upgrade (though I'm not sure they have upgrades). I get to my room and it's a queen. Back to front desk - said that's all they had, very sorry, but they put people in rooms as they come and aren't able to give the room I booked. Also not that I particularly care but no recogniti

Great experience and top notch staff who are helpful and friendly! The booking process was super easy and didn’t have to prepay. Upon arrival I was kindly greeted and was in my room in less than 10 min. Highly recommend this place if you plan to be in the South Bay, Santa Clara, San Jose area.

Could be the worst front desk service at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Santa Clara – Silicon Valley. While attempting to confirm early check-in by phone, I experienced repeated call disconnections, unanswered calls placed on hold without response, and an accusation from staff that I was “yelling,” which was not accurate. Only after multiple calls did the hotel finally confirm early check-in. I believe this conduct reflects improper customer service practices and request that the matter be reviewed.

It is very clean, new and big room (360 sqft) for my lovely day. I like the private coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator in my room. House keeper set a bowknot in my tissue and shower mat let me feel it is very special. I enjoy the diversity foods for my breakfast, free fitness room and tea area. I highly recommend the business man and woman to book here.

We flew to California for a memorial service and stayed at the Santa Clara Holiday Inn. We've stayed there many times over the years and love the place. The rooms are great and the bathrooms are clean and everything works... 😅
