I really love staying here. The rooms were clean. Linens were clean, good towels, amazing bathroom, walk-in shower stall with great tiling. Bright lights in the vanity. Plenty of AC plugs and free HBO. Remote is in a plastic bag and it looks like a sanitized. There’s a small refrigerator in microwave, which is good enough and in room coffee I love this chain and I will stay here again.

We stayed here for one night before catching an early flight out of San Jose international. The rooms were decent, the bed was comfortable, and the heating and cooling worked (and was quiet). The hotel serves free breakfast which was actually better than I thought (the eggs and sausage for example). Don't expect much else though like a hotel bar or gym for example. It's conveniently located near the airport and is a great affordable option.

The service was good, no issues. Room was clean and the location is close to places to eat and shop. I do not really eat breakfast, so I just had the coffee which was fine. Overall I think this is a good hotel to use for brief stays in the area and would stay here again.

I would not recommend staying here. I stayed for 2 nights & it was not at all what I expected! The water pressure was terrible, the tv didn’t work (it would go quiet, & constantly cut out with a black screen) impossible to watch any tv, the comforter was the thickness of a throw blanket, or even a thick sheet. Floors were dirty, microwave & fridge were not wiped down before we arrived. Not to mention there is a man that lives in one of the rooms, which gives it more of a motel experience vs a “hotel” especially being said it is by “best western”. The parking was also very inconvenient. I am not someone to leave reviews but this hotel is not at all what it seems to be, I will absolutely not be staying here again.
