Wingate by Wyndham Peoria

PERFECT youth sports hotel. We stayed here with my daughter's softball team and we'll definitely stay here again. Rooms were very clean, everyone on the hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. My daughter had left her water bottle in the lobby and they brought it to our room with a snickers and a nice handwritten note thanking us for staying. Great customer service! Breakfast was great, nice variiety and it changed each day. It was more dietary friendly, as it included lactose free milk which we appreciated being lactose intolerant.

Brian at the front desk is a delight. He's amazing on the phone and even better in person. Hotel is in a good part of town. The Pool and jacuzzi was great. Pool is heated and jacuzzi was perfect. Lastly, the breakfast! I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this hotel was bar none the best spread! That alpine wad worth the money to stay.

Amazing staff! Friendly, accommodating. Brian in particular is the best concierge I’ve ever had (and I travel a lot!). Above and beyond helpful, quick, and considerate. This is our second time at this hotel. It is now our go-to Peoria hotel forever. Rooms are clean and comfy. First time was great, we stayed 5 days. We’re staying the same length this time. This time it has already been superlative. And it is only day 2. Thank you Brian for making our day and stay even better!

Have traveled to Peoria on many occasions and stayed at numerous different hotels, but decided to give the Wingate a chance based on the positive reviews. We could not have made a better decision. Brian at the front desk and the staff at the hotel are the most friendly and accommodating hotel employees I have ever seen. They do everything they can to make your stay a pleasant one from the moment you walk into the lobby. Additionally, pool and hot tub are fantastic and breakfast is really, really good. This will definitely be our future stay for work travel when we come through Peoria. A home run find for the right price and a staff that will put you at ease and make you feel at home. Highly recommend!
