Residence Inn by Marriott Peoria

Mattresses were old and hard, no TV in the bedroom. When I asked for coffee I had to go to the front desk to get it myself, which is fine but then I was told I could only have 2 coffees. I like my coffee strong so I was denied 4 of them. Then the guy said there were no more but the vety next morning early the manager was able to find me some. This hotel has run down and used to be nicer. Oh and the hot tub is closed. But the pool is open so that was nice. The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was good.

Positive: The room was great! Kitchen was awesome. Negative: The breakfast left a lot to be desired!!

Don't stay here. This hotel isn't worthy of the Residence Inn label. It's dated and creaky. While the staff is excellent, they are dealing with a situation beyond their control. Management is apparently unwilling to invest in modernization. Our bedroom TV was missing its remote. One was located but it didn't work. We had to change rooms. The room was acceptably clean but the furnishings were well worn and should have been replaced long ago. The rear entrance door didn't lock, a serious security issue. The entire hotel requires immediate refurbishing. The breakfast was just unsat, poor quality sausage, etc. Inedible. For what they charge, it's just an unacceptable place to stay. I jooe the staff can find a better hotel to work at, they deserve it. This hotel is unfair to them.

It was nice. Clean. The lady at the counter was all involved in a disagreement wed had...our first argument. Yea always fun to be out in public and have an argument. Weve all been there. But she stuck her nose into private business didn't appreciate that vm. But the hotel itself was nice. Super friendly staff besides her...the behind the scenes people the room cleaners and maintenance people were super nice friendly and they did a hell of a job the rooms were very clean and cozy. We had a suite. It was nice n roomy. Would've been nice to have a TV in the bedroom too though.

Rooms, lobby and pretty much the whole facility feels tired and dated. Rooms are clean though. But basic amenities like 2nd tv in the bedroom was missing. The appliances barely function- but if you want a 80s nostalgia feel, definitely worth checking them out. The night receptionist was also meh and not that courteous - didnt do the basics like thanking my loyalty tier (btw, dont mean to sound snobbish, but its a standard practice everywhere and its literally part of their job description), nor ask what kind of check-in benefits would i prefer. Location of this hotel is good
