Room was nice. Breakfast was decent. I did ask the front desk if I could have an extra pillow so each my two kids could have 2pillows each but was told they didn’t have any extra pillows. Not a huge deal but did find it odd. The pool was very cold but kids still swam. It worked perfectly for what we needed it for!

Positive: Friendly, professional staff, breakfast had a variety of options, comfortable bed. Negative: Not located near the center of Peoria, but on the northern fringe (however, would stay here, again).

Price for the room was excellent. Room was clean and nice. We stay away over night to use a swimming pool and hot tub. The pool was very cold and the Hot Tub was bath water warm and jets didn't work. We didn't eat breakfast only grabbed a pastry on way out the door. That was delicious and fresh!

My favorite home away from home! Pool isn't an issue for me... great property to stay at comfortably when you're done with the other major chains for a while. Friendly staff throughout.

My recent stay at the AmericInn by Wyndham Peoria was extremely disappointing and fell far below the standards I expect as a first-time customer and frequent traveler. The issues began at check-in, when a $0.37 price discrepancy between Booking.com and the hotel’s system prevented me from checking in. Instead of resolving the matter internally, the front desk clerk insisted that I call Booking.com myself, which resulted in a lengthy and frustrating argument between the clerk and the agent. While this was happening, I was asked to provide a card for the incidental deposit. My wife paid the $100 deposit with our joint account—which was a different card than the one used to reserve the room—yet I was still told I could not check in until the rate discrepancy was addressed.
