The Peoria Hotel, SureStay Collection by Best Western

My hotel stay was absolutely amazing. Wonderful hotel great accommodations. The breakfast is amazing. They also have jacuzzi which is one of the things I enjoy the most. . Made us feel welcome. They went above and beyond to make my stay all that much more worth it. The staff is great and very courteous

Need a place to stay with little kids to break up a trip to Indianapolis. We found Springhill suites in Peoria and thought it can’t be that bad because it’s a Marriott property. Boy were we wrong. ||When we arrived we found out the pool was “down for maintenance”. In reading reviews it sounds like the pool has been down since at least January. We went to look at the pool to see what was going on. There were HVAC units being stored in the pool room and the lights were hanging out of their sockets in the pool itself. No mention of this was made when I called the hotel to make my reservation and discount was offered for the misleading information. ||Upon entering the room you could tell it was very dated and lacked maintenance. My 1 year old son quickly found that the door stop was not secure

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, offering a great view and easy access to everything in Peoria . The room was clean, fresh-smelling, and beautifully decorated—very welcoming and comfortable. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and the staff were professional, courteous, and well-dressed. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Peoria . I’d definitely stay here again

I had a fantastic stay here! The staff were super friendly, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the prices were very reasonable. Plus, it looks like they're renovating the entire place.
