Wingate by Wyndham Lincoln Airport East I-80

Would love to be happy with my stay but my shower didn’t work well the first 3 days ( only half the shower head ran water) then the last night im there I use the laundry facilities. I washed my clothes fine and put them in the dryer just to find it doesn’t work, I leave at 4 am. I told the lady at the front desk and she told me they found out early and never put any signage up.

Little tucked away piece of heaven! Anyone who scores this hotel low has to be comparing it to the marriott. This hotel, if booked online, is nearly the same price is the travelodge north. With that being said, tbis place is really beautiful. Our room had 2 double beds, a heating light bulb in the bathroom, modern furniture and lighting and very comforfable beds. If i hadmto say anything at all had rokm for Improvement it would have to be the breakfast. I did learn these are new owners so im happy to see them doing great things and im.excited tl see where it goes. I WOULD highly recommend but i really want the place all to myself! Lol

While the check in person was friendly & beds were comfortable & we were just passing through for the night; this hotel's standard of cleanliness is poor! The hallways were obviously in need of cleaning with dust & debris littering the carpet; the hallway carpet felt spongy & could possibly be a trip hazard for those with balance issues; & the dominating fragrance of air freshner/cologne was quite prominent - to, maybe mask other smells? ||In the breakfast room the following morning, juice machine was not working, the room was not being kept clean, & fare was just ok. The morning desk attendant looked like he'd just rolled out of bed & landed at the front desk; unkempt & unprofessional.||If there's a next time passing thru we will choose another hotel even though this one was on the chea

Don't get your hopes up. The bed was nice and that's about it. Breakfast was cold egg patties and cold sausage. The shower had zero pressure. Mold and hair all over the bathroom. The toilet wouldn't flush.

Positive: It was clean. Negative: Staff was to fix maintenance issues but never followed through. Need to have maintenance staff on site. We had to move rooms due to smoke detector battery chirp and had to replace thermostat batteries ourself in the next room. Toilet seat was also broken.
