Wingate by Wyndham Great Falls

We really enjoyed our stay! We arrived late and were greeted by a friendly and outgoing desk agent who joked with us at check-in. We appreciated his cheerful demeanor after a long drive from Canada. Despite needing since cosmetic repairs, the room was clean, tidy and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Location was convenient and close to various fast food and restaurants. The continental breakfast was lovely, including breakfast burritos, bagels, biscuits & gravy, cereal, etc. At check-out the desk agent was friendly and she was efficient with getting us on our way. As we were outside packing the truck, I realized I didn’t have my phone! As I was looking for it I hear someone shout and when I looked, it was the housekeeper in our room window! Not the fanciest hotel we’ve ever been at but rooms have been renovated and the attempt is there with a good price. ||The late night reception gal on 10/26/2025 really needs a raise or bonus to keep her around. She was very kind and helpful to our needs later in the night with our child. 5/5 customer service! Our second visit here and will return to get same great service again! 1st stay everyone was friendly as well. Thank you||PS Would recommend better lighting in the parking lot (even solar flood lights on wooden posts with metal flashing veneer for parking visibility and security. A sign for large vehicles and trailers in the second lot would help too in the dark as it looks like a possible seperate business owns it. Very nice hotel. My ADA room on the ground floor had all that I needed. Staff was very polite and took care of check in, check out quickly and efficiently. I received a snack bar and water upon checking in, an unexpected and refreshing treat. Breakfast was well presented, delicious, and the person keeping all of it stocked had a cheerful demeanor. Definitely a repeat destination!

First off I want to disclose that I do not leave bad reviews, I do realize there are “one offs” in every industry. 5 stars for location- close to down town and the event we were attending 3 stars for service— front desk attendant was nice. When attempting to book online, I accidentally made two reservations because it initially did not process my card, and when I re-entered a different card it reserved an additional room. Thankfully the front desk attendant reported this is a common problem and I did not have to pay for two rooms. 0-1 stars for room quality— aesthetic. The walk from the lobby was somewhat disturbing— I felt I was entering a psych ward with the bright yellow striped wallpaper and geometric blue carpet.
