Sleep Inn & Suites Great Falls Airport

Likely to sleep here again. Spacious, clean rooms. Only complaint is that the noise of traffic accelerating is excessive. I’m not blaming the management as it isn’t their fault, but I would suggest working with the city to try to bring the noise down, because it could cause people to take business elsewhere.

Excellent customer service. Clean and very comfortable rooms and common areas. Breakfast was great. Everything was above average to include the management and staff. I have stayed at 100’s of hotels during my lifetime of travel and I am very critical. This had the perfect combination of making it my best stay ever.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very good with directions to restaurants Etc. The rooms were clean and beds were good. Good beds . There was a specific pet friendly space outside. Pool and hot tub were clean and towels were provided. Breakfast area was clean tidy and welcoming. Good variety for breakfast and staff on hand if anything was running out. Good location. We would stay there again if we go back to Great Falls.

The hotel is in a great location. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. Shower pressure was amazing. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was decent. Yogurt was so good. Would stay here again for sure!

This was a really overpriced hotel for the value we received. I joined the 'rewards' program, which saved me $1.00 from the quoted price to the actual price. There was long hair all over the shower walls so the housekeeping was not done. The jets in the 'room temperature' tub didn't work; Perhaps an Out Of Order sign would've stopped me from getting in. Then had to drip water back to my room as there were no towels in the pool area. Our room was above a door that slammed shut all night, everytime someone came or left the building. Is there a maintenance person who could've fixed this at some point so it closes slower and smoother? No one was at the desk in the morning to check me out, there were several people in the back office; after waiting and knocking on the counter, I had to phon
