Staybridge Suites Great Falls by IHG

Central location is nice. Rooms are nice with living & kitchen area. Only improvement would be if the bedroom was walled off a bit so if 1 person wakes up early they can go make coffee & turn a light on without disturbing their sleep. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected with hot foods, waffles and a fruit & yogurt bar that even had fresh strawberries, blueberries & raspberries! Good water pressure & temperature. Dressing area separate from toilet & tub/ shower is nice too

The hotel had a great atmosphere. Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had many options. We actually booked a second night after spending one night there. I wish we had time to participate in the social events planned at the hotel but we were in town for other things.

This property is amazing on every front: cleanliness, helpfulness, being knowledgeable of restaurants, local directions, how to work the tv with an amazing selection of channels! Eliese at the check in desk is a savvy, kind and spectacular human being! I had a river view corner suite which I swear it was like the size of the downstairs of my house! Full kitchen, living room and separate bedroom with bath. The property has a gorgeous courtyard oasis where dogs and people gathered. The breakfast were wonderful with the most fabulous array of fresh fruit and hot food too, just above any expectations. The hotel is also adjacent to a walking path that goes along the Missouri River AND!! I am a platinum IHG member and was treated like royalty (but I suspect every guest is!) They gave me a 2pm l

I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Great Falls! The room was clean. Bed was very comfortable and the complementary breakfast was excellent. The staff has been very helpful, a very nice lady by the name of Cristina from the Kitchen was very pleasant and helpful! We weren’t sure at first because I’ve never stayed at a Staybridge. This place is as good as any may be better so glad we chose this hotel. In addition the Landscaping around the hotel is beautiful right off of the Missouri river!

Great location. Helpful staff. Great breakfast. Our room thermostat was stuck on 82 degrees when we arrived but that's no ones fault and we were moved to a new room quickly and without fuss. Things go wrong and for me it's how you put it right that counts. Large room with kitchenette that is perfect for a few days. Beware IHG canceling your reward points if you don't use them quickly....very disappointing. All in all a very good hotel.
