Best Western Plus Riverfront Hotel and Suites

Beautiful hotel, very clean, and nice helpful front desk staff (both at check in and checkout) 😀 We were also suprised with a free upgrade! Unexpected but very welcome after a long day of travel! We enjoyed the jacuzzi suite very much. The free breakfast was very good, the lady was helpful. My only complaint was the noise from the road. If you're a light sleeper, I reccommend earplugs if you're located on the side of the hotel where the road is. Or perhaps request a room facing the river. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Will come back again!

My stay at the Best Western Plus Riverfront was a restful Xmas Eve and Xmas. I had decided to drive somewhere I hadn't been, and Montana's Great Falls sounded like an interesting choice (from Calgary). I was in a KIng suite with a jacuzzi, with a great river view. Things were spacious, and all amenities, including the two 55" TV's and the jacuzzi, worked well. The bed, and especially the pillows, were very comfortable. The hotel is in a secluded area, but it's less than 5 minutes to the downtown area, where there are many restaurants and eateries. I think the best is Montana's Rib and Chop House. This place was very busy on Xmas Eve, and for good reason. They definitely know how to do steak, and all the trimmings. Aside from this steak house, what I really enjoyed was the river walk, exten

Stayed one night in our way home. Very pet friendly which we needed since we were traveling with our dogs. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly. Our room was also very clean and spacious. Breakfast was good but fewer offerings then other BW. Downside: it was the loud! I know the hotel cannot help the train schedule. Trains rolled through at least 3 times overnight blaring the horn. I don't know how anybody sleeps in this city the way the trains run through! Also our room was at the very end of the hallway so every time the outer door was closed a loud bang was heard in the room. Sometimes it would shake the walls!

Positive: The jacuzzi room was awesome. The access to the bike path was perfect for us. The river view was super. Breakfast was quite good. Negative: Our neighbor two doors down were often smoking on their patio when we were trying to enjoy a meal or drink on our patio.

My family and I love this hotel. Nicely decorated and clean rooms. The river side view with balcony rooms are fantastic. The pool & jacuzzi are also super nice. Friendly staff. I have absolutely no complaints and look forward to our next stay.
