Wingate by Wyndham Clearfield

​A Fantastic Surprise with Top-Notch Staff! ​ It has been years since I stayed at a Wyndham property, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Wingate by Wyndham Clearfield. The rooms were nice and immaculately clean, and I really appreciated the up-to-date technology. ​The real standout here, however, is the service. Shawna at check-in was patient, courteous, and professional—she was an absolute joy to deal with! Upon checkout, I had another wonderful interaction with the manager, Courtney, and Shawna. The staff here is truly top-notch. Well done!

Positive: "" Negative: I stayed twice on the beginning and end of the trip. My key card did not work either time. I had to go back down to the desk both times. The clerk said to another employee that they were having problems with the key pad. SO fix it.

Since our last few stays this hotel has had a lot of upgrades. All brand new furniture in our room. Brand new lobby, brand new breakfast area with quite a few options. They now have a convenience store up by the lobby which is nice. Pool was very warm and well maintained. This is my go to hotel when visiting the area.

We had a wonderful overnight stay Sunday night into Monday. We had gotten a little lost trying to find Benezette and kept driving around in circles so coming to this hotel was a welcome sight! We were very satisfied with our room. I especially liked the Dove dispensers in the shower!! The room was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the continental breakfast. Everything we wanted was provided and was very good! The man who tended to the breakfast bar did a great job keeping everything filled and steaming hot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had absolutely no complaints at all and we would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area. Thank you all so much!!

Brooke checked me in, she is the best. She gave me a room near by the front desk, when I asked not to have a far walk. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was full of variety.
