Best Western Plus Clearfield

We stayed at this facility this past summer during our friend's annual 4th of July party, and again during the New Year's Eve bash. Both times were very impressive in every manner from overall cleanliness in all aspects including the hallways and rooms, all staff interactions (specifically the front desk clerk and the breakfast host), and the upkeep of the pool and hot tub area. Exceptional is what best defines this facility and staff. I highly doubt there is any hotel that can compete for the rate they charge and the property's condition, upkeep, and quality staff for the entire length of I-80 across Pennsylvania. We will definitely return again in July and at the end of 2026.

Everything you would hope to be true about this hotel is just that: the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, there's hot water with a powerful shower, it's quiet, everyone is super friendly, and there's a free breakfast. I didn't use the pool or gym, but they exist, if you're so inclined. And there's a Walmart just down the road. I stayed here three times over the course of as many months and my experience was consistent. I felt that my money was well spent.

Best Western Plus was such a pleasant surprise. The rooms were super comfy, like “I might just cancel the rest of my plans and stay in bed” comfy. The staff? Friendly in that natural, not-forced way that actually makes you feel welcome. And the showers listen, that water came out with purpose. Hot, strong pressure, basically a free spa moment. Overall, my stay was wonderfully smooth and relaxing. Definitely a win-win and a place I’d happily come back to.

The rooms were very clean and in good repair. The pool and spa tub were well kept and everyone was accomodating. We only had one minor issue and it was taken care of right away. It's close to local shopping and food locations making it an easy and fast in and out to get what you need.

Positive: "" Negative: When we checked in we were told we could not have the room we booked because we brought our dog. Even though the hotel is "pet friendly" not all rooms would accept a dog. We had to settle for another room that was probably cheaper than what we reserved.
