Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clearfield, an IHG Hotel

This is a clean, quiet and modern hotel with a pleasant and helpful staff. The hotel is far enough off the freeway and main road that it is very quiet. The doors to the rooms are whisper quiet when they shut so you dont hear slamming doors all night, thank you for installing the premium hardware! I have stayed here twice while passing through and have had an enjoyable and restful stay. This hotel would have received a 5 star review but they don't provide a coffee maker in the room so i dropoed my reciew to a 4 star review. They will give you a xoffee maker if you request it but it sucks when you realize that this is the only Holiday Inn Express that doesn't have a coffee maker without requesting one and you want your morning coffee. We have been staying here yearly for the last 5 years. The hotel always have pleasant staff. The rooms are always clean and everything inside the rooms are working! Bed could use updating. ||My recent stay I needed a little extra help. It’s not a usual request but the General Manager was extremely accommodating!!! My stay here was SO exceptionally good, I just had to write a review. The owner of this property must be obsessed with cleanliness and attention to detail...even in who they hire. EVERYTHING was meticulously clean and orderly and the staff were warm and conscientious of everything it means to be in the hospitality industry. This one sets the bar so high...I just wish all hotel stays could be like this one. Thank you!

My truck broke down at 1am and they got me in and got me a room fast with no problems, and Matt the assistant manager was very courteous and helpful in any way I needed. They also had no problems with me fixing my truck in the parking lot and even checked if I need anything. And the a/c fan stayed on throughout my entire stay, and they didn't deactivate my card at 11 when I needed a late check out. Only thing I didn't like was the beds. 3rd floor bed was pretty hard and seemed like a normal hotel mattress. Other than that, very impressed with the service.

Had my truck in the shop and was waiting on parts. They got me a room last minute and let me keep extending the stay. Staff were all very nice and helpful. They have free breakfast which is great
