Positive: Park in front of room.Entire motel exterior was Well lit and felt safe.Great price! Negative: Shower hot water valve was defective.

On their web page it says ”pet friendly for a cleaning fee” but once you arrive, they say ”no we sre not pet friendly”.

I was heading down a day early on a motorcycle trip. The motel I had already booked for my stay didn't have any rooms available so I booked here.||||When we got to the motel a had to go to the bathroom really bad. The owner / manager gave me the key to the room so I could use the bathroom before checking in which was really appreciated.||||The room was clean and very comfortable. No complaints there. There was a fridge and microwave in the room but no little coffee maker. That sucked because they didn't have coffee available until the Continental Breakfast in the morning. The Continental Breakfast was mini donuts and coffee that you had to take back to your room.||||The bathroom and room were old, dated a worn. The sink stopper didn't keep the water in the sink. The budget inn is a really nice place and it was a very good stay! I have spent lots of nights here and I plan to spend more!

Room was relatively clean, but sheets had a stain and looked like they may not have been washed. Towels were clean. Water pressure good and plenty of hot water. Building was obviously old, rust on the shower curtain rod and electric heater in bathroom, which was broken. New flooring. The office smelled strongly of urine, but the room did not smell bad. Ok for a cheap night if you just need to crash.
