They have weekly and monthly rates available and I think they even have bi-weekly. It's not a bad place. If you're in transition from one place to another like I am or just need a place to live, this is a great place. It's under new management and the new owners are actually very good very nice people. There's a lot of security and cameras. So you don't have to worry about theft. You cannot smoke cigarettes or anything else indoors or vape. You have to go outside. But hey no big deal. So all in all my experience has been good.

If your getting government help do not rent!! He will accept it then wait a couple weeks and kick you out and pocket the money. Seen it as done to 3 people. We tried reaching out for help but the town doesn't do anything. Also they will go in ur room after you leave for your outing!! The manager is usually drunk and likes to scream at tenats.

I was paid up until june sixteenth. The state paid my rent through Federal funding. The contract is illegible and was given to me and a state employee who also could not read it. Tomorrow I get a copy of one that I signed that you can not read at all. It might have been a mistake of mine to have signed it but I know how this is going to go. Make sure they give you a clear copy of whatever you sign. Get your attorney together and make make sure you have court costs.Because it's going down soon.

place has a small bathroom not to pretty of a place, the beds are okay, they also have a huge normal sized fridge but they have amazing prices for weekly its $160 and monthly its $550... they also free WiFi.

I stayed here for about a year. The room was filthy, the bed clothes weren't changed, there was actually gravel in between the sheets. I ended up with roaches and the people who lived there were drug addicts and drunks. The guy in the next room would fight or move furniture all night. Then he'd be on the sidewalk outside drinking beer at 8am. When i moved out i still had a day left to get all my things out and i went to get them and they were in the room sweeping the carpet with my broom. They had packed up the rest of my things and put them in the garage. After i got them there were things missing. Don't ever stay here.
