Super 8 by Wyndham Clearfield

12 hours ago Whenever I'm in the Clearfield area I aways stay at the Super 8 Hotel. The staff is the most accommodating and helpful from when I arrive in helping me with my luggage and check in. Each staff member remembers my name from my staying there so frequently. Suzy helps make sure my room is set up for me since I am handicapped. She helps me in the morning with making my waffles and coffee. This may seem simple to some people but being in a wheelchair and not being able to reach a countertop, it is a nice thing Suzy does for me in going out of her way to be courteous. This lady seems to be working all over the hotel from the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast in the morning. I'm not sure if there isn't anything she can't do in this hotel. She always has a smile on her face

Rooms are decent and hotel has/is receiving updates since last stay. Location is great. Service is excellent. The man at the front seen I had a bad leg, and met me at the side door on his own. I wasn't expecting it at all. He helped me take stuff from car to room. Very much appreciated, and helpful throughout stay. Excellent service from check-in to departure.

Positive: "" Negative: The fire alarm went off because the waffle maker was broken. The bathroom had a mildew smell. There was a distinct smoking smell along the hallway even though the rooms were non-smoking.

We stayed for 1 day the manager on was welcoming and provided us good room. key points - it was super clean and clean lenins. We had a smooth checkout. In addition, I must say the onwer( jigneesh) is super helpful. I had reached out to him for my refund and he was more than happy to do so. He not only spoke to me but also connected with booking.com for many instances to sort of the issue.

My wife and I overnight at the Clearfield Super8 going and returning to biannual family reunions between the Bronx and Pittsburgh.
