Wingate by Wyndham Chantilly / Dulles Airport

This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The bathroom was also extremely clean and had a good selection of toiletries. Exceptional stay with my family. The kids loved the pool while we enjoyed the peace and comfort of the rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and went so far as to make sure we had a great time.Our children enjoyed themselves very much in the game room and the swimming pool. The rooms were more than enough for us, and the cleaning staff kept everything tidy. I will absolutely return during the next school break.

Had a great time mr. Paul the manager is doing a fine job Taking care of its patrons as well as the building, plus all the amenities for his the customers. The day and the night staff are really doing their best to make sure that each rooms is cleaned and prepped ready for business every day. kind smiles with salutations. The location is in a good spot. The atmosphere as soon as you come into the hotel looks nice and cozy.Inviting. a really good value for your money. Price is very reasonable.|The noise level of this hotel is great rooms are nice and quiet walls. Seem nice and thick.|You get to enjoy the ambiance of your own room. To yourself.

Positive: The location and van pick up. Negative: Staff was rude. Sheets on bed kept coming off. NO COFFEEMAKER. Had to wait on the hour for van .Housekeeping never came to fix our problem. Noisy air con.

It's not the worst choice and definitely not the best of the best. It offers a good location close to Dulles and a decent breakfast. However they did double charge me and the pool is only open from 1pm to 10pm, not ideal especially if your kids are looking forward to swimming but your schedule has you getting in late. Parking was not so great either especially if your like me and have a big old van to park in their tiny spots. All in all not a bad experience but not a particularly good one either.

The rooms were very clean. I used to stay at the comfort inn across the way and those rooms are beat up. The customer service was up to par and very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. I will be coming back. May God bless the hotel staff. Everything is greatly appreciated.
