Courtyard by Marriott Dulles Airport Chantilly

The hotel shuttle driver Bruno is exceptional. He is friendly, helpful and truly went above and beyond to help me tonight when I needed to get right back to the airport immediately upon arriving at the hotel after a crazy flight change situation. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would!

It was a nice stay. The staff was so nice and happy. The front desk was shating some helpful information for local food places. We got a newly renovated room, and I LOVE the room layout. The changes are amazing! I think that I paid what is expected for this room and the location. My room was easy to get to and the room was clean and had a great smell. The the tv and extra USB connections was good, but to have a fridge/microwave combination is a great amenity to have for guests. To be there for a couple of days, the noise was moderate, only because we stayed on preferred side to see places land. Thank you for our stay. We will travel again in winter and prefer to stay at your location.

I've stayed at this location twice for a little solitude stay-cation and I have found it to be a great spot. The interior courtyard balconies make it feel like your away from it all with out actually having to go very far. I really enjoyed just relaxing on the balcony, and still maintained some privacy. I think the only thing I find disappointing about this location is not all the rooms have microwaves, and that outside of the room, there was no other complimentary coffee. The staff was wonderful and super accommodating. I highly recommend this location and will visit again in the future.

Generally okay rooms, typical airport hotel. However, above the room they gave me they were renovating the floor. Early in the morning they habe started knocking om walls ect. When complainingnI got pretty much jelled at. Inwould recommend everyone to avoid this place if possible.

I do not usually leave reviews for Courtyard properties, but I felt compelled to after how nervous I was before checking in here. For context, I am a Lifetime Titanium Elite member and have stayed in countless Marriott hotels, so I have a solid basis for comparison. Yes, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and it would have been nice to know that prior to booking. Was it a deal breaker? Absolutely not. We stayed on the second floor directly above the construction and woke up naturally at 8:30 a.m. without being disturbed. Even when awake, the noise was minimal. My only interaction with the front desk was brief, but the staff member I met was very friendly and welcoming. Because of the renovations, our room had already been refreshed, which was a nice bonus.
