I stayed here twice. The first week, the toilet kept running after I flushed it. So I was turning the water on and off to see if it would help. Kind of frustrating but the room was nice and spacious. The second time I stay was when I said oh nooo. I was in a suite and the people in the other room, I could smell the food they were cooking in my room. It was so strong. Then my tv was blue. Then, this toilet wouldn't flush at all. The water was completely off. I had to call down and ask if I could be moved, and she was hesitant. Maybe because the only room "available" was on the first floor; idk. I would not recommend staying on the first floor in the winter time (if you are cold natured)! My room would not get warm. I am very disappointed with this hotel team. I contracted strep this week and had to cancel my trip to Dulles since I have strep and I am recovering. With ample time, 48 hours prior to my reservation, they just told me they cannot cancel my reservation and they will be charging me the full $160-$190 total. I travel quite a bit using Hilton properties and I am a Gold Hilton Honors member. I am shocked they are going to take advantage of me since they have my card on file. Terrible customer service and I can't imagine how they treat their guests when they are actually on site. Do better Hilton.

We spent a week here and never had maid service. We had to request it on the 5th day, they brought us towels and emptied trash cans. Bathroom was never cleaned and the bed linen never changed. When we arrived the fold out bed had a urin stain on the bottom fitted padding. No bedding was provided, we had to go to the front desk to ask for it and told them about the existing urin stain. The sofa also had dirty stains on it as well. There was a lot of noise both from the lobby and outside late at night as well. If you decide to stay here, pick one of the top floors to avoid the ground floor noise. The breakfast is sub-par as well.

We just want to thank Ms. Bernice Williams ( Head of Housekeeping) for coming to our rescue. We were at the Front Desk on Monday October 13th at 5:00 PM asking for sheets and towels. She told us to return to our room. She proceeded to clean our room and change the linens. It seems as if the Front Desk staff did not put in our request. I spoke to the staff at 10:00 AM that morning. We are just grateful for Ms. Bernice.
