Positive: Location Negative: We didnt get a king-size bed that we paid for. No full mini kitchen just a mini fridge and single cup coffee maker. The internet said it had a restaurant, it didnt. The "bar" was checkin desk and drinks made by the front desk clerk. No hot water.

Dirty rooms outdated. Small bathrooms. Visible mold in rooms. Visible dust. I stayed at a Hyatt in VA beach town center over the summer and had a good comfortable experience. I was expecting the same at this location but I did not get the same results. The staff was nice. The rooms drop ten ball.||Old dirty small bathroom outdated needs work

I stayed one night at this location for work . Andrew was so nice at check-in. He made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed . I’ve gotten great service before but NEVER has anyone gone above and beyond like he did . He made me a caramel iced latte at check-out and wished me a great day . AWESOME SERVICE!! If I ever have to work in the area again I will be staying here . Thank you so much for the hospitality ❤️
