Comfort Suites Dulles Airport

The hotel is currently being updated so there is obvious work being done but the rooms are very spacious and have beautiful hardwood flooring. The 2 person whirlpool in our room was fantastic. One of the best parts of this hotel is the staff, especially the front desk clerk Azuryna. She is one of the reasons we keep going back to this hotel. Azuryna is very friendly, always smiling and extremely helpful. My hubby and I will definitely be back again!

The manager, Charlie and staff were amazing. We were placed in a very nice room that was spotless, roomy and comfortable. We wanted to have enough time to eat a lite breakfast before we left for the airport. The night shift staff made sure there was something we could grab and go. They made sure we were accomadated for our early morning flight with a wonderful driver. We arrived at the airport in plenty of time to check in, check our bag, and get to our boarding gate in time to relax and breathe. We really felt spoiled and pampered. We will always recommend this Comfort Suites, Chantilly-Dulles Airport to all friends and family. Thank you Charlie for making the beginning of our trip relaxing and enjoyable.

We stayed for 7 days in December 2025. The advertised pool that we were told was open by phone when we made the reservations was closed and so was the Gym for renovations. A total surprise. The rooms first smelled like fresh paint so strongly that we requested to be relocated due to both having Migraine headaches. The next pair had one room with a bad lock, both had flickering lights, peeling wallpaper stuck on with rusty staples and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We had to ask for a plug for the bathtub and a bathmat. The the worst thing was BLACK MOLD in both rooms. Not worth what we paid. Gross. STAY AWAY. And they are renovating right where the guest rooms are. Told the manager they should do this one floor at a time rather than having active construction sites near the gue

Bed was very comfortable. AC/heater was nit working. Room was to warm. They are remodeling. Our room carpet was removed and new fake wood floor. Did not remove the nail from the removed trim.

The staff was great, the hotel looked clean, the bed was comfortable. HOWEVER, the amenities were lousy. First of all the shower/ tub was dangerously slippery. And although a bathmat was available upon request, it wasn’t convenient at all. Also, the water pressure was lame and the room had a poor circulating exhaust fan. The coffee selection for the room was terrible. Really? coffee in a bag???not very appealing. The TV selection was poor. Not much of a choice for entertainment. In general, the hotel seemed that it needed a thorough cleaning and total updating.
