Renovations at hotel done well. Really comfortable bed, nice linens, fluffy towels and great shower, vinyl plank floors. Clean. Breakfast is prepackaged carbs. Good coffee. Staff pleasant and helpful. Basic accomodations -will stay again.

Positive: Location convenient Negative: The air conditioner was leaking water, they have a temp hold on your card, they KEPT said temp hold after it was said it would be returned after checkout

Mr. Patel, Nick, Oscar and the Housekeeping Crew are the best. Everything is very clean. Staff is extremely nice and accommodating. AND we love that no pets are allowed. We have dogs, but make arrangements for them when we travel, because most hotels accepting pets are not kept clean. In the past, at pet friendly hotels, we have encountered soiled flooring and fleas, so we now steer clear of those hotels. Never have to worry about it here. In the past 7-8 months, we've stayed here at least a dozen times, and don't recall ever having a problem.

My stay at this hotel was one of the worst travel experiences I've ever had. From the moment we walked in, the room smelled musty and stale, like old cigarettes and damp. The floor was stained, and the bedside table had a sticky, grimy film on it. The bathroom was worse black mold in the shower grout, lot of hair and the towels provided were thin, grey, and smelled faintly of mildew. We had no hot water for our entire two-day stay, making showers unbearable. The Wi-Fi was non-existent, and the 'free breakfast' was just stale pastries and lukewarm coffee. When we mentioned the lack of hot water to the front desk, the staff member was indifferent and just shrugged, saying 'maintenance is busy.' We left feeling exhausted, dirty, and frankly, ripped off. This hotel needs a serious deep clean

Slightly odd bedroom layout. Bathroom door wouldn't lock because the door doesn't line up. Almost no water pressure in shower. Noisy AC. Desk was damaged with a big chunk taken out of it by the fridge. Nice room. White sheets, comfy bed. Breakfast included although had run out of waffles by 08:40am. Would stay again.
