Quality Inn & Suites Bel Air I-95 Exit 77A

If i could give zero stars i would. The lobby where breakfast is all couches and chairs the fabric was peeling off them. I had our 4 month old with us and the first room had mold in the bathroom and a weird smell, when i went to tell them they offered to switch rooms, i checked it wuickily and it looked fine. We switched. While my boyfriend took a nap i went to get my phone off the charger, when I noticed the wallpaper was peeling and right where it was peeling I saw black so I looked closely at it to find that it was black mold. They literally just put wallpaper up over a moldy wall. We then said something to them and said we just wanna leave we were only there for 3 hrs. They gave us the second night and security deposit back, but refused to give us the first night. They rent rooms out t

The 1st room I was put in had very loud metallic thumping sounds that seemed to come from the bathroom. I only got 2 hours sleep that night. It was intermittent so I continued to try to sleep. Friday morning I went to the front desk and politely asked to speak to the manager. The older gentleman at the desk told me there wasn't one there and asked what the problem was when I told him he said there was nothing they could do for me, that I should have called down in the middle of the night and they would have moved me rooms. He didn't ask if I was checking out, he just assumed so. I asked why I still couldn't change rooms because I wasn't checking out until Monday as I reserved a four night stay. I only picked this location so kid could enjoy in door pool, only to find out that the indoor pool has not worked in over 3 years, but signage outaide and on the internet advertised indoor pool, so false advertising. | No indoor pool, fitness/gym out of order and ice machine also out or order. Will not be going back to this location

Not a lot of frills, but most of what I need in a hotel/motel room: a good shower and a great bed at a fairly reasonable price. The folks at the front desk are always helpful and courteous. I've heard the breakfast leaves a little to be desired, but, as an old coot, I'm usually not up in time to try it out for myself. For me, it works great.

The swimming pool was closed; the gym not available; breakfast consisted of waffle and cold cereal. Scrambled eggs sausage used to be served. Not anymore apparently. Stayed there only because of the proximity to work. I don't think I am going back there anytime soon. I'll stay next door country inn or maybe la quinta
