La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bel Air/I-95 Exit 77A

The hotel breakfast was fabulous, as it was freshly prepared, the sausage and patties were tender, and the pancakes were very fluffy as hotel breakfasts go. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and layout of the 2 Queen Bed Suite. Excellent customer service, heating, and lighting throughout the room — both natural and electric. My only qualms were that the TV had very low functioning brightness and the shower head, and water temperature could have been upgraded a little.

Booked a 2 rooms on booking.com when came in they couldn’t find my reservation. Waited 30 minutes still didn’t find it. I had to cancel, and be charged even though I had my confirmation number. So rebooked with front desk. First night in one of the rooms was roaches. So next day we asked to move that room. And that was not an issue. Second night my son went into the lobby on a call. And the overnight Clark told him to leave and was very rude. He stated no is allowed to be in the lobby or hall way at night. We were unaware because we are allowed at other hotels like holiday inn. I went down to speak to front desk he was rude again. Third day the hotel gave a woman and her two children our room so she walked in with a key. The inn is located in the back of another hotel. We arrived at night and noticed the LaQuinta sign on the building was out of order. A Sherriff's car was doing a drive-by of the property. We walked into the lobby which was dark & dreary. |The room we were assigned had a horrible, musty smell and decor from the 90s. The beds were small & did not look like it could fit 2 adults. Did not touch the sofa as it looked disgusting. We went back downstairs and asked for another room. The 2nd room had the same musty smell and decor as the 1st one. We then get a 3rd room which also had the same nasty smell and decor. Went back downstairs to try again and the manager said there were no other rooms because a team had booked the majority of the inn. |Stayed in the room for maybe an hour before gettin

Positive: Great Hotel for traveling with dogs. My 5th time staying there! Second and third floor rooms are better if available. Lots of places for food close by. Negative: Some rude guests did not clean up after their dogs.

This place is mediocre. Ive stayed here a few times. It can be a good deal for the price. It was $63 plus taxes and fees for a total of $80. The rooms are pretty big. They seem reasonably clean. The bathroom had a little bit of that sour smell. My biggest gripe is it was really cold out tonight and the shower wasn't quite hot enough. The insulation is a bit lacking. The walls are a bit thin, I can hear the TVs from other rooms. Strangely the elevator is ice cold inside. I'd probably stay here again because the location is great.
