Ramada by Wyndham Edgewood Hotel & Conference Center

I travel a lot, and this was one of the most refreshing night sleeps that I’ve had in a long time. The room smell was neutral, and the mattress was very comfortable - Just the right mix of soft and firm. I arrived on New Year’s Eve shortly before midnight and found the hotel safe and quiet. There was even a thoughtfully-placed shower cap and the hotel has room service options.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our check-in was facilitated by Dionne who was very kind and knowledgeable. The continental breakfast was adequate but kept well refreshed. Throughout our stay the desk staff was helpful and attentive. The pool was clean and enjoyable. The housekeepers kept our room fresh and tidy. Thank you to all who served us.||We felt safe as we had a room in the front of the building, on the first floor near the office.||Easy access to the office, breakfast, and the pool from our room.||The continental breakfast was adequate and freshly stocked.||Our room was updated and comfortable as far as we were concerned. However, the bathroom could be updated as well as the bathroom door. The fixtures all worked.

Room smelled like smoke, some parts were renovated, but other parts needed repairs, like the shower fixtures and carpet. The A/C worked well and staff was excellent. Location was a little rough, but friendly people. Overall 2.5 out of 5 stars.
