Positive: Staff & roomwas the most efficient at the front desk & hotel employee was the most helpful. They were all great though! Negative: Get softer toilet paper & put 3 towels in the rooms

I had an issue with my reservation during check-in, and Oz at the front desk was incredibly helpful. Oz patiently took the time to locate my booking and handled everything with patience and kindness. It made a stressful moment much easier. Really appreciate the help. Thank you, Oz!

I hate that I don't remember the gentlemans name that checked us, he worked Friday night, (01/02) He was AMAZING great customer service. The lobby smelled good and was clean. Elevator was clean and smelled good. Walking down the hall to my room smelled good and was can. I enjoyed staying here and will definitely come back when I am in town. My apologies for forget his name, but KUDOS to him for GREAT customer service.
