The place is going to the dogs . The lawns are half dead . The manager is clueless about what goes on. She has a bell that rings when u enter the pool rea which I think is stupid . She has cameras in the clubhouse .

Quite, clean, charmer of a park. The manager is warm and helpful. The park has wonderful green belts to take strolls. The homes show pride of ownership. I like this place so much that decided to purchase a home here. I look forward to becoming a good neighbor.

Very beautiful mobile home park for the 55+ crowd. It's very clean and well kept. Has a great clubhouse, swimming pool, laundry room, and scenery. Gated community, great for walks at any hour and pet friendly.

Lots of good things about this place, however, it is IMPERATIVE that we are able to get in and check on our elderly parents on Sundays and the gate code is not working. It worked on Saturday. It was tried several times by my siblings. I m writing this part about an hour later: I received a quick and reassuring response from Annette so this place gets a 5 star. Thank you Annette!

This place is a mess . They turn off the water almost all the time . The management don't care who they have as residents . The landscape is dead and dying .
