Courtyard by Marriott Modesto North

I don't know the history of this property which must be very new, obvious in the design elements and smell. Literally everything you could expect from a Courtyard with a new style twist and efficient staff. Tons of free, well-lit parking, ample restaurants within walking distance, new furniture perfect for working without using the desk, fridge and microwave tucked away nicely with the coffee, modern bathroom and lovely platform bed. Outlets where you need them and super quiet. I see this as a massive upgrade to the prior style Courtyard and bravo to those involved. Superior value for money.

I recently stayed here for a business trip and absolutely loved it. This is a beautiful hotel with the most friendly staff I've ever encountered. The hotel was decorated impeccably for the holidays, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere right when you walk in. The dining experience was fantastic, especially the breakfast options! They are so good, and I especially loved the build-your-own breakfast bowl. Having a full range of Starbucks drink options every morning was a huge plus. A special shout-out to Jenn and Chris at the restaurant, who were both amazing and made my mornings great. My room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. The bathrooms were big and had lots of good light. Honestly, the staff made the entire stay amazing. I would definitely stay here again and cannot recomme

This location was clean, comfortable, and safe. The staff were amazing and tentative! Highly recommend this place. There is food and coffee in walking distance. There is also a Costco right down the road as well. Would definitely stay here again.

To start I've been to many hotels in the area and anyone traveling on business or just passing through on vacation this is the place! Every single employee that I have interacted with are personable and helpful without exception. Shout out to the front desk...|Khushboo and Ruth who are awesome in the area of customer service and hospitality! The bed's are very comfortable,gym is great,and the meatball flatbread pizza is really good. Too much to list lol. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Me and my husband stayed here a couple time for a little getaway and the service is always good the rooms are excellent and kushboo at the front desk is very kind and accommodating she even remembered me from my last visit and got us the same room as last time very nice
