Oh boy, where do I even start? If you're looking for a really rough neighborhood, you've found it. There were a few girls who left rooms in skimpy attire, but they never came back. I only wished my stay had gone so well. First off, I knew what I was probably getting into. I read the terrible reviews but they were mostly concerned about TVs not working etc. I wanted to see what the cheapest room on Expedia was all about and to test my survival instincts. First off, you need to be on the run to even feel like this place is a good idea. When I got there, they told me there would be an additional $10 service fee. We booked on booking.com for the non-smoking room. We booked this place because it's the cheapest and closest to the Downtown Dallas area. When we arrived I had to pay an additional $10 if bought thru online booking and we had to put down a down deposit of $10 for us to keep the key during our stay, so if we didn't return the key we would have paid total $82 when we could have stay at another place of same value, we stayed because it's non-refundable online. I ask the clerk if this room is the non-smoking, he said it's smoking then when I told him that I reserved the non-smoking room he changed his words and said it's non-smoking. Then as we walked up to the room, the maintenance guy stopped us and said that the shower in the room was bad and then he switched our room to another it had no
