From the moment we arrived, Charity at the front desk was incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming. Any time we needed assistance—whether it was extra towels or anything else to make our stay more comfortable—she responded promptly and with a positive attitude. Her level of care truly made a difference in our experience. There were four of us, each with our own room, and we all agreed that the service was excellent. Because of the great experience we had, my company and I will absolutely return and stay at your hotel again. This is exactly what exceptional customer service should look like. Positive: plenty of space in guest room Negative: There was a putrid smell in the bathroom when first entered. After leaving the door open (it had to be propped, as it would not stay open alone), it seemed to mostly dissipate. The hallways had a highly perfume-y smell.

The perfect hotel for a Dallas trip. Staff are friendly and helpful, room comfortably and spacious! Gym and pool are clean, well maintained!

Definitely have to give this place 5 stars. Chairty’s customer service has a lot to do with this 5 star review! Her support was superb, from the beginning of my stay, until the end of my stay! There was some initial turbulence with my booking, but she patiently navigated through it and was happy to help the entire time. She was super communicative about our needs with the other staff , and helped them to all together be on the same page regarding our stay. This hotel is also very clean, and quiet. The breakfast is ready in time each morning and always fresh. My 4 day stay was awesome and I would definitely consider this hotel as an option each time I come to Dallas, and I would recommend that you do too , if you’re reading this. This La Quinta by Wyndham was an absolute joke and a disgrace to the brand. The photos online are completely misleading and do not reflect the reality of the property at all. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, people were running up to our car asking for help and money. The area felt extremely unsafe — street walkers and drug users were openly swarming the property as if it was normal. I have never experienced anything like this at a Wyndham-branded hotel. The room itself was in terrible condition: • TV did not work • No clock in the room • Nowhere to charge phones • Photos missing from the walls • Random, mismatched furniture • Sink water barely trickled out I attempted to leave immediately, but the hotel refused to refund my money. Now I’m concerned about whether they wil
