HALL Arts Hotel, Dallas, Autograph Collection

Love this hotel! this has been my go to hotel for business in Dallas for years and I have a had a great experience every time. This past visit, Ava was very kind and helpful and made my stay and the logistics of it seamless! Thank you! Looking forward to coming back very soon.

I had an amazing experience at the Hall Arts Hotel. From the moment you walk in, the artwork is absolutely beautiful and welcoming. The staff greets you as if you’re walking into a family member’s home, which instantly makes you feel comfortable and cared for. The overall experience was one of a kind. The hotel is perfectly located, with plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. This made my trip super easy to explore and enjoy the city of Dallas. Every part of my stay felt smooth and painless. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I can’t wait to come back!

My first time in Dallas and my first time staying at a hotel with this concept. Wow—it’s truly a veritable art gallery! If you love everything the art world represents, you absolutely must stay at the HALL Arts Hotel, Dallas, Autograph Collection. You’ll love it because every detail matters to them. The only issue I encountered was that I made my reservation through the Marriott hotel chain and booked a package that included breakfast. I was surprised to see additional charges for breakfast, which was supposedly already included in my reservation and confirmed at check-in. A misleading offer? I certainly wasn’t happy about it. That said, I don’t want this to overshadow how wonderful my stay at this hotel was. The service, the food, the cleanliness—everything was fantastic.

12/20.26: This was our first visit at this property. We were greeted by Marissa, at the front desk, and she was awesome! She was very friendly and professional. She explained the hotel's amenities, recognized my hotel status, and was able to provide a great upgrade. There was a wine tasting available in the lobby, and their Hall brand Cabernet was very good. The room was very nice with plenty of windows and nice views.

The staff was amazing. I’d like to give a special thank you to all of the receptionists (Marissa, Kaprina, and Ava). Very welcoming, knowledgeable of the area and overall satisfaction of my stay is a 5 out of 5!
