Hotel ZaZa Dallas Uptown

Loved this hotel. Huge rooms with all the amenities you need, toiletries, iron, dressing gown and so on. Plenty of staff to meet and greet you, car valletting and reception all super efficient. Breakfast was delicious and was served really quickly, Juan, my server was amazing. I had the avocado toast with poached eggs, orange juice, coffee and a toasted english muffin with jam. They have a courtesy shuttle and close by is the M Line trolley so getting around is easy. Would definitely recommend.

I organized a conference at the Hotel Zaza, culminating in a holiday party. Right off the bat, the service from the valet and front desk staff was impeccable. I got positive feedback from everyone about check-in and accommodations.||Courtney McCord, our conference manager, was outstanding. The whole process was really. They were so accommodating to the guests and were attentive throughout the conference to make sure everything went smoothly. ||The food was outstanding. Having run and attended many events at hotels, the quality and flavor of the food was noticeably better than anywhere I have been. ||The AV team was flexible and understanding of last-minute needs and adjustments. The venue is stunning, the service was top-notch, and everything ran incredibly smoothly.||A huge part of that is thanks to our event coordinator, Samara Atwood, who was absolutely outstanding. She was organized, calm, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The customer service at this hotel was excellent from beginning to end. They accommodated a request before we arrived, valet service was quick, check-in very quick, the room was clean and had everything we needed, breakfast was good, the fitness center was nice, etc. The decor all through the hotel was very unique and tasteful. My wife and I both commented this was one of our nicest stays in Dallas because it felt more private than some of the large hotels. We will definitely return sometime.
