Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek

We stayed at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek during Christmas in a Deluxe room on the 6th floor and had a lovely experience. The antique, classic atmosphere is felt throughout the property, and the Christmas decorations were beautiful. The restaurant and bar were excellent, and the valet team was incredibly polite and fast. Housekeeping was outstanding—every time we returned to the room, it was spotless. One small note: the room didn’t initially have a hair dryer or iron, but I’m sure the front desk would provide them if requested. Overall, a wonderful and elegant stay.

We celebrated our wedding at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. We chose Rosewood for its exceptional service quality and timeless, classic elegance—and it truly exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for an upscale venue with impeccable service for an important event, I highly recommend it. I’d like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the entire team, with a special thank you to Cesar, the Food & Beverage Manager, who was incredibly kind, organized, and attentive throughout the planning process. A special thank-you as well to our server, Ezequiel Raynoso, whose professionalism and warmth made the evening even more memorable. Our wedding was truly unforgettable.

The Mansion in Dallas is a nice enough venue, but the rooms and décor feel dated and very much from prior years. For the price point, we expected a more refreshed and luxurious experience.||The Christmas Eve dinner was especially disappointing. Several courses were poorly executed and felt haphazard, lacking the quality and care you would expect from a property with this reputation. Overall, the meal was not worth the cost.||Between the outdated rooms and the underwhelming dining experience, we did not feel the stay justified the expense. ||Unfortunately, this is not a place we are likely to return to.

Since it was my first time in Dallas, his dinner recommendations and thoughtful planning made the trip absolutely perfect. The moment I stepped foot into The Mansion, I was warmly welcomed by the entire staff. I wish I had gotten everyone’s names because every single person was wonderful. We were incredibly lucky to have James as our butler. He went above and beyond throughout our stay.
