Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas North - Addison

We stayed two nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. The shower had great water pressure. A few downsides: the bathroom sink was cracked, the comforter was worn with holes, a car alarm kept going off one night, and one elevator was down. Overall, still a comfortable stay.

The rooms appear to have been recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable there were nice little details like places to hang things up along the wall and a sliding door that covered up the foyer to keep light out and noise out when someone's in the bathroom in the morning. There were window shades that were window coverings that didi a pretty good job of blocking the sun from coming in. The proximity to amenities is excellent. Overall it was very nice experience.

Great area. Good lobby albeit some strange locations. OK atmosphere. Room spacious. Clean shower. Free amenities such as coffee. Fair price. Accommodating front desk / receptionist. Incredibly helpful.

Positive: I was impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel and my room. I also loved that I felt safe here. I felt my car was safe. It was quieter than I expected. And I thought the pancake machine at breakfast was cool. Negative: I don't have anything negative to say about this hotel.

In December I booked a room since we would be attending a show at Addison Improv in late January (yards away from this hotel may I add). Check in was fantastic (provided by Patricia, AGM), the location was very close to great restaurants, plenty of accessible parking, and we've never seen a cleaner hotel. Our room was tended to by Maria, and she's a gem because every detail of our room had been diligently cleaned and cared for. The winter storm prevented us from staying for our full stay, but again Patricia was wonderful and provided exceptional customer service. We've already checked out the Addison Improv calendar and intend to book a few nights over the next year!
