Looked all around for a place to live and almost moved into an RV park we didn't like because we thought there was nothing else available. Then we found this little oasis. Great price. Great people. Quick walk to beautiful downtown Waxahachie. I hope to come back here many times.

Please don't actually move here. It's a beautiful secret that stays serene so close to luxury coffee shops filled of local flavor, making a quaint downtown exciting. The quiet atmosphere supports working professionals, kids who need environments supportive of rest & fun at appropriate times. And good, kind people. Stay here to experience downtown Waxahachie but please, don't move in. If word gets out then there would be no way to accomodate guests and waiting lists are already so long. Stay a night or a week and go home! Ok just kidding. You might just make this your new home.

The staff here is so kind and the Park is quiet, peaceful, and super pet friendly. Also has some of the best rates in Waxahachie.

Not for overnight stays. If you are allowed to stay, the cost is three times the average cost per night. If I had been able to contact someone first, I would have driven elsewhere. In their defense, it was after hours on a Sunday, and I hooked up before getting permission.
