I've lived in a few trailer communities, and this one is by far the best! The lots are spacious, and it's great having different land options to choose from. The manager is super friendly and always on top of things, which makes a huge difference. What really sets this place apart is the pathways down to the creek- It's so peaceful to take a walk there after a long day. Definitely recommend checking it out if you're looking for a quiet, well-maintained community!

Would leave 0 stars if possible. Please save your money. Management- horrible, never there, never picks up the phone. Never returns calls. It’s one thing to have standards for the park and it’s another to write up insignificant notices that are not disruptive to peoples day to day life. Our lot is up to par, yet they find a way, However what is disruptive to lives is turning the water off without notice in the dead of summer, sometimes for hours on end. They also don't ever let the water flush properly so when the water comes back on the line is full of air and sediment that clogs the faucets. Maintenance- horrible and rude. Specifically the blonde lady.

This place doesn't have enough parking even for the residents. The water goes out at leased once a week. And they are very unkind to service animals. I think I need to call it quits on this place. We have three cars because me and my siblings have to room up in this economy. We used to be allowed to park at vacant lots but now the only place I'm allowed to park is a ten minute walk from my house! I may not be able to do that soon based on what the rude office management said. They acted like this was my fault for failing to have foresight. How about their failure to for see how this would hurt us. Make additional parking before you make overly restrictive rules. We need to move now. I can't stay here like this.

Claudia and Adrienne are absolutely Awesome women! Claudia works for us all here in VHM. She’s always calm and collective and friendly! I am super glad that Claudia and Adrienne are here!
