Holiday Inn Express & Suites Waxahachie by IHG

We stayed 2 nights and loved everything about this hotel. Clean rooms comfortable bed love the coffee machines and hot chocolate bar. I don’t ever eat breakfast at hotels but did here. Hot cinnamon rolls, make fresh pancakes, eggs were good and lots of variety. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Waxahachie.

The property in itself is decent. Front desk staff were very cordial and helpful.|A lot of restaurants and shopping in the immediate area.|The room and bathroom were both cleaned well except for a previous guests food being left in the refrigerator.|The coffee pot was inoperable, which was no big deal because you could go downstairs and get a cup of 8hr old coffee LoL!|The breakfast was the worst I have ever had at an IHG Hotel But you can walk next-door to Chick-fil-A.|Unsure of what the $10 "facility fee" is for but another one of those things I have never seen that in IHG Hotel. Why can't you just add it into the total advertised price?|Overall not the worst stay ever but so small things add up to make me give it a low rating.|Would stay here again in a pinch.

Extended our stay by two days due to weather, and they accommodated seamlessly without extra fees. Rooms stayed fresh daily, housekeeping top-notch. Fitness room equipped well, and breakfast kept us going. True hospitality.

Another highlight was the coffee bar—there were plenty of great options, and it quickly became a favorite during my stay. Our group stayed for a wedding event, and the suites were ideal—separate living areas, mini-fridge stocked just right. Pool was clean and heated, staff handled our large check-in smoothly. Location beat traffic hassles too. Outstanding experience.
