Vip Inn & Suites

This was my second stay and, overall, another good one. First I,d like to say thank you for something you may not be aware of, my pillow. I have neck problems so when I find a good one that fits the way I need I take it with me. Unfortunately I left it in the room. I called the front desk that afternoon to hopefully get it back, having my daughter-in-law pick it up as she and my son and grandkids live close by. The clerk was very courteous and said it was likely in laundry but couldn't leave the front desk to check. He graciously said he would leave a note and someone could pick it up the next morning. My daughter-in-law did just that.This is a budget no-frills hotel in a safe location. My son and his family live probably less than 2 miles from there so I am very familiar with the area in

We were concerned about the "neighborhood" with the reviews. This place is extremely safe! Carpet was clean & i wore socks with no issues. Room 122, non smoking and king bed, 70 including taxes. I would stay here again, heck at this price-- live there. It's not fancy, but with the price... you shouldn't expect it to be. Mostly contractors staying in the rooms. The breakfast was honey buns and yummy coffee. |The staff was terrific too. |Im very impressed & highly recommend for anyone.

Great location yet tucked away far enough that you don't hear traffic all night. Large rooms that are kept clean, except the floors. But what really makes this hotel stand out is their customer service. The staff is friendly and willing to help in whatever way. One of the managers, Catherine, helped me take items to my car when I was checking out and she recruited two of the cleaning crew to help. I have never seen a manager come out from behind the desk and go that far for a guest.

Sarah, the blonde girl at the front desk was so nice! Excellent customer service, professional and friendly. It's nice to know there's still good employees in this world. I hope they are paying her well because she is the best receptionist I have ever seen. I think her name is Sarah...you get 5 stars.

Weekly rate is a bit high, the housekeeping crew are excellent and always ready to help, rooms are very clean, no bugs at all anywhere, enjoyed the stay there for several weeks.
