Venice Beach Villas

My wife had to cancel last minute so I travelled solo and still really enjoyed my time at Venice Beach Villas. Location is great, rooms are updated and staff are helpful. Nice amenities like free bicycles with helmets, quality barbecue grills, and a large in-ground pool.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Venice Beach Villas. The check in process was very smooth, the condo was very clean and so cute, and the location cannot be beat! The communication from management was timely and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we need a rental when we return to the area.

Very nice and friendly staff, property has an excellent location close to beach and downtown! We used bikes and kids loved it! There are also beach chairs and coolers in case anyone needed it. The pool was very warm and well maintained. Our unit was very clean and spacious. We will definitely be back! Beautiful area and not tourist crowded so this was a great plus for us!

Overall great stay . Will start with the couple of cons: we stayed in Unit 4 on ground level . Loud banging noises above us upstairs all throughout the day Sunday as we came in and out of the room and again early in the mornings. Other guests above us walking around in their room?? Idk seemed too loud for just that unless very thin walls and floors ?? And who is walking that much in such a small space ? Lol Anyways - It was pretty quiet from 9pm until 6:30 am . Would’ve been nice to sleep in a little later than that but oh well . Also Loud AC unit in one of the bedrooms a very high pitched whistling noise non stop when the unit is on. Had to turn it off to get a break from the noise. Many more pros though - great location , walking distance to the beach and parks and downtown . Also beache

Location is great 5 minutes from historic area, short walk to beach and everything close. Villa we had (10) lovely and quiet looking onto the pool. Well equipped, clean, option of cooking , comfortable bed and all and more you wish for. Staff very friendly and communication before was fab. Met by Ken, who was friendly and very welcoming. Nothing too much trouble. We returned from last year and will have no hesitation in coming back , you will not be disappointed.ample free parking on site.
