Encore Ramblers Rest

The park was easy to find. It is located about 4 miles off of I 75. Be aware, there was road construction on going at the time of our arrival at the entrance. It looks like the highway is being twinned. Access may change. There is pavement all the way. Signage is adequate but small because of the construction. ||||Check in was horrible. Our clerk spoke only very softly and maybe had a lisp but that was insignificant because the other clerk was super loud and was having a long conversation with another guest. She would not shut up so it was very difficult to communicate. ||||The rules are fairly basic. This RV park reminds me of old world Florida. Most sites are on grass, there are tall native trees, 6 ponds, 1 alligator and many rivers views. The office staff was very nice and helpful. Lots of daily activities were available. It is kid friendly. There are only 2 negatives, construction on the road making it challenging to turn out of the RV park and WiFi is not included. The recent hurricanes damaged many units, some have been repaired, some are being repaired and a few looked abandoned. Places were up for sale from $8500 to $89,900 based on signs we saw. We will definitely stay here on our next trip.

This is a very quiet park. Their bathrooms. Bathhouses and laundry rooms after very clean and up to date. To wash clothes it is a fair price. The dryers are very nice only had to dry my clothes once and they were very dry and it was a load with hoodies. Right on the river and close the beaches. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in your rv or looking to rent a cabin.. everyone is friendly. There was even a library to where you can build a puzzle or read a book. A nice pool to go for a swim and even play tennis. This place has lots to do.,

Wasn't sure of what to expect because of some reviews. YES, road construction was happening which made it harder to get out on main road.. The staff was awesome as well as some of the people who live there. It's close to beaches, a 15 min drive and to stores. Only small issues were small signs with letters telling what area you needed to go to and the 1 lane roads throughout the park. Surprised we didn't damage our 5th wheel or their trees with weaving through to back of park where our site was. Restrooms were very clean, garbage area was confusing with all the recycling containers. Would definitely recommend and stay for another get away.

We have stayed at several RV resorts and we think this might be our favorite of all time. It is absolutely beautiful. Lots of amenities. All the employees are super nice and very helpful. It’s very clean. Convenient location also. Highly recommend this place to everybody.
