Vegas Hotel

Was excited about staying somewhere with a casino in it . Although shows to be - being renovated... Although from the locals - it's been this way for awhile. Have to say, it does take people working on it to be- being renovated. Staff seems good, haven't had any issues despite ppl saying it's. A run down place with.... Well not the desired clientele here. To us, it's quaint, room is huge! Especially for the price.

Don’t believe the pictures on the website this is not a place you want to stay if you can afford not to. It’s in an industrial part of town just down the street from a women’s prison and on the night we stayed there, there were a changing group of up to 10 non- guests hanging round the doors and parking lot, some clearly the worse for wear. It didn’t feel safe and we took everything out of the car into our room, running the gamut of the “welcoming committee” on each trip. ||The rooms themselves are large, and they were clean , but they hadn’t been well maintained and everything was very basic. There was a bed, a small noisy fridge, a tiny microwave and an old rattler of an air conditioner in the window. The bathroom was old, chipped and stained. There wasn’t even a paper cup available an

Was able to sleep in a bed that seemed clean. Kind, quick staff. But, yikes. It's dirt on the Vegas name. Carpet in the hallway needs replaced a decade back. Side and back entrance keypads are broken so anyone can get in and it's right off the highway in a no-so-nice area of town. Guess there's a casino which I should have checked out so could say how bad it is, too -- but beware of staying here regardless (there's slim chances the casino makes this place any better). Pizza Hut and recreational cannabis nearby tho, so enjoy that if nothing else.

The hallway smells like urine so bad, you can't breathe. This isn't an exaggeration. Mice in our rooms, zero hot water, broken bed. Clueless front desk. We left. Booking.com wouldn't even honor the refund because "there was no one answering the phones". This place is a disgusting joke.

Nice accommodating staff, textbook run down motel room. Dead mouse under the mattress, disgusting sheets, literal mouse shit under the covers, roach on the wall. Don't stay here, no food no coffee, hot water took over 10 minutes to get hot. Sleep in your car it would be nicer. They were able to cancel the rest of our booking with ease and moved our rooms for us, staff meant well, but the place is a dump
