Vagabond Inn Executive - San Francisco Airport Bayfront (SFO)

I recently stayed at Vegabond executive Inn, and I had a genuinely great experience. From the moment I arrived, the customer service stood out. The front desk Anna, was welcoming, professional, and very attentive. She made check-in smooth and took the time to ensure everything was comfortable during my stay. It’s clear she truly cares about the guests and runs the property with pride. My room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and everything felt neat and organized. The property overall felt safe and well cared for, which made it easy to relax. Overall, I highly recommend Vegas Bond Inn. Excellent hospitality, clean rooms, and outstanding management by Jana. I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in the area.

As a young American adult, it is very disheartening to know that a hotel advertised in The San Francisco Peninsula magazine is extremely racist and unprofessionally managed. ||I do not recommend staying here because it will ruin your experience of the Bay Area Peninsula. The amount of money you’ll be saving per night is not worth a nightmarish stay. ||||My aunt was a returning guest to this property. Unfortunately, during my mom’s stay under her name. My aunt confided to me about the unprofessionalism practiced by the management and front desk staff member Ana or Anabella at Vagabond Inn in Burlingame, so this is a summarized review about our horrific experience. ||||Ana or Anabella has asked my aunt for “favors”. Those favors was to borrow money to wire back for her family in Guatemala.

Very poor service! We booked this hotel because of its location and proximity to the airport for a short overnight stay in San Francisco. When we entered the room, there was a very unpleasant, moldy smell that immediately made us feel uncomfortable. After an exhausting flight, we rested for about 30 minutes before one of us tried to use the toilet — but it wouldn’t flush a second time. We thought we would wait another 30 minutes and try again, as we needed to change and go out to get something to eat anyway. The hotel itself is very run-down. The elevator smelled strongly of alcohol, and cleanliness clearly was not a high priority. When we returned, the toilet still wasn’t working. The room is nice, front desk is very helpful, coffee is available. However its a bit old looking there is some noise from outside airplanes occasionally.Decent budget option near SFO.

The place is well located for a fast trip back at the airport and close amenities. I was ready to deal with the airport noise wich is just across the bay but the building noise coming from the corridor (ventilation?) and the ceilling vent of the toilet that would not stop prevented me from sleeping all night. No joke, I went to bed at 11pm and could not fall asleep at all, wishing 5am would come faster to get up and leave that place. I was in room 121 wich was clean and the shuttle service was on time but the rest was not worth the $$$ and the frustration. I would have had a better time sleeping in my rented car.....
