Incredible experience here! I travel for a living and spend over 50% of my time in hotels. The staff here is the friendliest and most helpful I have EVER encountered at a hotel. Walter at the front desk, amazing. The restaurant/bistro is over the top amazing! Huge shout outs to Sophia, Liz, Justin & Marcel. I was here 5 days and there is consistent amazing service, literally so friendly, caring, etc. This place has the best staff of anywhere I have stayed!

Very nice place to stay for business. I stayed for about a week and was very comfortable here. Clean, updated, and spacious room. The bed was comfortable. Elevators consistently arrived quickly and there were many of them. Free airport shuttle that leaves every 15 mins is a nice plus.

Unexpected that a restaurant and bar would be closed during the day. Sat at table waiting for server, no one showed, was not greeted when walking in to closed restaurant by the people working there who failed to let me know they were closed, they looked to be just working the grab and go. I was looking at the snacks and drinks, they then told me I could order a to go item, so I ordered a cheeseburger. The food was a 4/10. Simply understaffed or? The rooms were nice and clean. Hotel is in serious need of a makeover. Confusing elevator location, horrible restaurant signage, and trying to find a cup of coffee in the morning is impossible. In room coffee was drinkable yet they did not refresh for the next morning. All the signage was just photo copy paper and looked very trashy. Unbelievable t

I absolutely love this hotel. I’ve stayed here for work and each and every time it’s been absolutely amazing! I want to give a special shout out to Justin over at the Cafe who’s always treating members with such kindness and warmness. He never forgot to smile; which turned your day around. It makes those short layovers just that much more enjoyable. Thank you Justin for making the Hyatt a home away from home :)
