We chose this hotel for a one-night stay before an early flight out of SFO, prioritizing the convenience of the onsite restaurant and shuttle service. Unfortunately, the experience was subpar from start to finish. As an IHG Platinum Elite member, I expected a more professional check-in process, but the service was neither friendly nor helpful. The property itself feels neglected and lacks basic maintenance. While the room wasn't filthy, it certainly didn’t feel clean, and the overall state of the hotel is far from luxurious. The onsite dining experience was frustrating; despite being nearly empty, service at the bar was incredibly slow. Furthermore, the dining area was uncomfortably cold, relying on a single space heater that did little to improve the environment. Conversely, the business

The airport shuttle service took a bit long to get there at the airport, but the return was a short wait. The longest wait time is 35 minutes according to their schedule. The shuttle drivers were professional and helpful. ||The check in and check out were speedy and efficient. |They place all luggage in a secured storage room near the lobby.||Rooms including hallways were mostly carpeted which lower the noise, but when you have luggage to haul with rollers, it may be more challenging but still manageable.||All were well cleaned. The room was prepared well. ||Weak soundproof between rooms. |Additional charges for on-site parking. Should consult with the hotel to find out the latest fee amount.|There is a restaurant on site, or else you can walk 5 minutes to the nearest restaurant or 10 min

Crown Plaza hotel is definitely a "has-been". It might have been good few decades ago, but current quality of sanitary equipment or room's air-conditioning is highly outdated. Things are loud and and seem faulty. For example, an expressi/tea machine that I've never seen before (frankly, a cheap, strange type), didn't work following instructions. Restaurant was dead, we were the only clients. Staff tried to accommodate our plain pasta request for kids, but asked for a hefty prize. Burger was super average. Pool had strong humidity issues, and there were only a few fresh towels for a group of people there. Courtesy hotel bus shuttle was a great, positive surprise when picked up from the airport, but will fail you for a morning 5am flight - it's not available then. All-in-all - our stay was v

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza, and unfortunately my experience was far from comfortable. After checking in, we dropped off our things and headed out to Topgolf, which is conveniently close by. The location and safe parking are honestly the best parts of this hotel. By the time we returned, I was exhausted from a long day and ready to get some rest—but that’s where everything went downhill. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and unbelievably hard, making it impossible to relax. I found myself tossing and turning constantly. On top of that, the air conditioner was incredibly loud and disruptive, and despite running it nonstop, the room never cooled down. It stayed hot and stuffy the entire time, which made sleeping even more difficult. I became so uncomfortable that I ended up checki

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. I checked in and went to the room. The air conditioning was not working and the air conditioner water had leaked. I went back to the lobby and changed rooms. This time, the air conditioner in the room was making excessive noise. It was loud enough to wake me up at night. I had asked them to clean the room on the second day but they didn't do it. The hotel is really old now. The location is very good but hotel is very old.
