Urbandale Extended Stay

My stay was relaxing.the room and building are keeped very clean. The staff is very friendly and eager to help out. In addition the owners take an active and hands on approach that you don't see very often. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing stay or get away this is you place to be. I can say I will come back again.

This place allows their under age worker to both smoke and spend nights alone with her 18 year old boy friend. One of the lady clerks that I tried talking with kept barking at me when i tried to book a room. Pool closed. The hallway stinks like dog piss. I think one of the owners upstairs leaves their dog alone for days at a time. Electric was a joke when I tried Cooking with an electric burner and their microwave the power kept tripping.

I’d give zero if I could managers rude mold in the room halls smell and they don’t fix anything

I have stayed here as an extended guest. I give them a 5 star review. If you need anything, they alway accommodate.

Staff are great. It's nice and clean rooms are clean staff very friendly love the place and the management one of the best extended stays I have stayed in
