Uptown Suites Extended Stay Austin, TX – Round Rock

I would definitely 10/10 recommend staying here again, the staff were amazing! The place is nice and very upkept, if I had an issue with my room the GM Sabrina made sure I was accommodated. In all my years of property management I can attest that she truly cares about the customers and gets things done accordingly. Having great management when it comes to properties is very hard to come by and Sabrina definitely checked every box for me! I will be back next time I’m in town. :)

Staff is great. Place was much cleaner than any other extended stay I've been at. The environment was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. There was always staff to assist me . And the prices are incredibly low! Wifi was free and really fast no problems there ....

What truly made my stay stand out, though, was the exceptional service—especially from Triston. Triston went above and beyond to make sure everything I needed was taken care of, always being friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Whether it was answering questions or assisting with requests, he made the entire stay smooth and stress-free. I really regret booking here, they took my money and failed to provide basic services. I got a new job and needed to stay at a temporary location for one week to avoid a two hour daily commute. This place promises a lot, but they fail at basic functions like picking up the phone for residents. I started my stay on a Friday night, and as I was getting ready to go to sleep I discovered my alarm clock was broken. I went to the front desk and tried to get another one, but the front desk staff didn't know if they had another and said they'd check. I waited around a while and after noticing the light was now off in the side room by the front desk, went back to my room. I just want to say out of all the Hotels i stayed at this one was the most accommodating and service friendly. I was helped from check-in with no complaints and the general manager Sabrina was very helpful, i work a lot so coming back to a room thats cleaned and fully stocked was very much appreciated. Ill forsure stay here again when i come back.
