Uptown Suites Extended Stay Austin TX - Downtown

Has been very traumatizing as I'm here for work I'm a Samsung employee I've been here almost 4mths. Ive had items stolen such as money an personal clothing items I've reported it to the workers at front desk who say they will let the manager know. It's been a couple a months since first incident an still no one has talked to me about it. As I've documented an recorded every thing. I've had several instances where the one worker who is a Hispanic female name Leslie who is very combative an very disrespectful not just with me but I witnessed 3 other visitors she was very argumentive an aggressive with. Very friendly staff, professional & clearly explained amenities & room location. Check in was smooth & free of problems. Room was very clean, comfortable & all amenities worked as expected. The hotel is located near shopping & easy freeway access. House keeping is scheduled weekly for long stays & if you needed fresh towels faster you can trade them in at the front desk.

The front desk was the greatest experience i had they were soo down to earth and super helpful. Leslie was that bomb .com I mean absolutely amazing 5 stars all around. I wish I could take her and the girl on 3-11 to every hotel I have to stay in 10 out of 10

Overall this place was great BUT some things were not disclosed to me prior to booking at all. These are the rules when you arrive: 1. once a week or so cleaning is mandatory and you must be out of your room. It cannot be rescheduled for dif day etc. 2. There are absolutely no pots or pams at all for cooking. 3. The wifi was not easy to login into. When booking there is no guaranteed stay...they do not pre authorize your card or anything so your reservation can get canceled or not found easily. except for these things....its a good place. The price was fair considering all these things. i paid 355 a week

Leslie was a huge help at the front desk for us from before we even arrived at the hotel. Our flight did not arrive until after the office was closed, but she helped organize our check-in process with Robin who was also a great help when we got there. Throughout the stay, Robin and Leslie were both very helpful at accommodating.any of the needs we had. Staff was friendly, room was clean, easy to access downtown and the airport. Thanks for a great stay
